Single-cell characterization of human glioblastoma reveals regional differences in tumor-infiltrating leukocyte activation

We performed scRNA-seq on patient-matched biopsies from the tumor center and the peripheral infiltration zone of five primary glioblastoma (GBM) patients. Additionally, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of the same patients were included in the scRNAseq analysis to explore the transcriptional changes occurring during tumor infiltration of circulating immune cells. Single-cell suspensions were generated from sorted CD45 and/or CD11B positive cells originating from glioblastoma tumor tissue or blood from 5 patients, and were loaded on separate wells of a 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Controller. >>>Submitter states that raw data are unavailable due to patient privacy concerns.<<<
