本数据集主要面向任务书的关键技术6:矿物加工流程操作优化技术研究。本数据集主要是针对项目示范单位山东黄金三山岛金矿新立选矿厂关键设备及流程,收集了用于本关键技术研究的原始数据,以及为了完成特定技术目标而进行的对于原始数据的分析数据。 其中,(1)磨矿优化控制数据,为过程变量时序数据,数据格式为.csv,数据量约10MB,采集自大数据平台边缘侧磨矿控制系统,用于支撑磨矿过程控制技术研究与实施。 (2)浮选优化控制数据,包含泵池液位、充气量、品位等时序数据,数据格式为.xlsx,数据量约为80MB,采集自江西铜业德兴大山选矿厂DCS,用于支撑浮选优化控制技术研究与实施。 (3)浓密脱水过程协同优化控制数据,数据包含浓密机入料情况数据、浓密机内部运行数据、浓密机底流泵运行情况数据、搅拌槽运行状态数据、脱水过程运行情况数据,数据变量表格式为.csv,数量约540MB,采集自三山岛金矿新立选矿厂浓密控制系统,用于支撑浓密脱水过程协同优化控制技术研究。 (4)矿物加工流程大数据优化决策服务系统数据,内容为系统内的生产过程数据、生产指标数据,设备信息数据,数据格式为.csv、共约3.6GB,采集自本项目开发《矿物加工流程大数据优化决策服务系统》,该数据支撑所开发决策服务平台的实现。

This dataset is primarily developed for Key Technology 6 specified in the project task statement: Research on Operation Optimization Technology for Mineral Processing Flowsheets. It collects raw data for this key technology research and analyzed data derived from the raw data to fulfill specific technical objectives, targeting the key equipment and production processes of Xinli Concentrator, Sanshandao Gold Mine, Shandong Gold Group, which is the project's demonstration unit. The dataset includes four parts: 1. Grinding optimization control data: This is time-series process variable data, stored in CSV format, with a total size of approximately 10 MB. The data was collected from the edge-side grinding control system of the big data platform, and is used to support research and implementation of grinding process control technology. 2. Flotation optimization control data: This includes time-series data such as sump liquid level, aeration rate, and ore grade, stored in XLSX format, with a total size of approximately 80 MB. The data was collected from the Distributed Control System (DCS) of Jiangxi Copper's Dexing Daxing Concentrator, and is used to support research and implementation of flotation optimization control technology. 3. Collaborative optimization control data for thickening and dewatering processes: This dataset covers thickener feed data, internal operating data of the thickener, operating data of the thickener underflow pump, operating status data of the stirred tanks, and operating data of the dewatering process. The data variable list is stored in CSV format, with a total size of approximately 540 MB. The data was collected from the thickening control system of Xinli Concentrator, Sanshandao Gold Mine, Shandong Gold Group, and is used to support research on collaborative optimization control technology for thickening and dewatering processes. 4. Big data optimization decision-making service system data for mineral processing flowsheets: This dataset contains production process data, production index data, and equipment information data from the system, stored in CSV format, with a total size of approximately 3.6 GB. The data was collected from the "Big Data Optimization Decision-Making Service System for Mineral Processing Flowsheets" developed by this project, and supports the implementation of the developed decision-making service platform.
