Coop Atlantic Menhaden Winter Survey 2022 school information

Atlantic menhaden school data and hydrographic data collected during the 2022 Cooperative Atlantic Menhaden Winter Survey and post-survey data collection activities. Menhaden School Biomass Estimates.csv includes acoustic biomass estimates for all sampled Atlantic menhaden schools. Data elements include Data Collection Period (Survey/Transect or Post Survey), Date, Mean depth (m), Estimated school biomass (kg), and Estimated school biomass (mt). Survey_SchoolLocandHydro_data.csv includes school location and hydrographic data collected during the survey period at Atlantic menhaden school locations and at additional sites along each transect. Data elements include TransectNumber (transect indicated by "TS" followed by number), SchoolNumber (school number, NA = hydrographic data collection at periodic locations along transects), Lat_DD (latitude in decimal degrees), Long_DD (longitude in decimal degrees), BTEMP/BDO/BSAL (Hydrolab temperature/dissolved oxygen/salinity measurements at maximum depth = bottom, or BDEPTH), STEMP/BDO/BSAL (Hydrolab temperature/dissolved oxygen/salinity measurements at minimum depth = surface), AVGTEMP/AVGDO/AVGSAL (average of Hydrolab temperature/dissolved oxygen/salinity measurements at a given location).
