Because various genetic factors can affect developmental disorder, we need to survey their whole genome. Therefore, we attempted to reveal the genomic aberrations in subject with developmental disorder using the microarray-based comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) technique. In this study, we compared a subject with a healthy female as a reference.
