This archive pertains to the data used in the following article: Intraspecific variation and phenotypic plasticity of olive varieties in response to contrasting environmental conditions. It is composed of two files: (1) 2025_Wakibetal-Olive_AoBP_Readme.txt, which describes the content of the data file; (2) 2025_Wakibetal-Olive_AoBP_phenotypic_traits-data.txt, which contains the trait values averaged a the tree level for the two varietal collections in which the data were taken
