This dataset focuses on detecting the flexural and compressive strength of cement to ensure that its strength meets the standard requirements specified in construction engineering. The flexural and compressive strength of cement are important indicators for evaluating cement quality, and relevant standards must be strictly followed during testing to ensure engineering quality and safety. According to the national standard GB/T17671-2021, the flexural and compressive strength of sampled cement mortar specimens cured for 3 days and 28 days respectively were tested using the electric flexural testing machine DKZ-6000 and the servo-controlled compressive and flexural testing machine YDW-300C. For each cement mortar specimen, three replicate tests were conducted, and the average value of the three individual test results was calculated. Finally, the tested items are judged to meet the national standard requirements. The compliance judgment is passed only when the average values of 3-day compressive strength, 28-day compressive strength, 3-day flexural strength, and 28-day flexural strength all meet the standard thresholds.
