Transcriptomic profiling of 786-O cells in response to sodium propionate treatment

This study investigates the transcriptomic changes in clear cell renal cell carcinoma cells following treatment with sodium propionate, a microbiota-derived short-chain fatty acid. 786-O cell lines were cultured with or without sodium propionate, and total RNA was extracted for high-throughput RNA sequencing. The dataset provides insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying propionate-mediated antitumor effects.
