Code and data from experiments evaluating the effects of temperature and wetness period on basidiospore germination of biocontrol agent Kordyana brasiliensis

This collection provides data and R code (data analysis) from in vitro laboratory experiments testing the effects of two microclimate variables, temperature and wetness period, on basidiospore germination processes of biocontrol agent, Kordyana brasiliensis. \nLineage: The data was collected from laboratory experiments that were conducted at CSIRO Black Mountain between August 2022 and April 2023. In each experiment, two controlled temperature cabinets were each programmed to one of the seven treatment temperatures (5, 10, 15, 20, 22.5, 25, 30, 35 °C). Petri dishes containing Kordyana brasiliensis basidiospores were incubated at one of the five the treatment wetness period lengths (0, 3, 18, 24 and 48 hrs). After each wetness period timepoint, basidiospore germination, germ tube length and conidial formation was assessed.
