This dataset contains data and artificial intelligence models underlying the PhD dissertation of Max Betjes, under supervision of (promotor) Prof. Dr. Ir. Sander J. Tans, and Prof. Dr. Jeroen van Zon. In this project, single-cell tracking of intestinal organoids was used to study the spatial dynamics of intestinal homeostasis. We developed a new cell tracking algorithm (Chapter 3), investigated intestinal lineage hierarchies (Chapter 4), studied subtypes of the Tuft intestinal cell type (Chapter 5) and finally worked on the patterning of secretory cells in the crypt (Chapter 6). This repository contains data pertaining to the figures in Chapter 6. Data for the other chapters (3, 4, 5) is available as per the data availability statement in the respective publications. The DOIs of these publications are included. We also include a DOI (Zenodo) referencing the artificial intelligence models used.
