Details of the scripts are available in the Supplementary information.<br><br>#### How to Use this Repository<br>To reproduce the analysis or further explore the data, follow these steps:<br><br> - `pre_process_raw_data.r`: Loads and preprocesses the raw data.<br> - `pre_process_mt_role_choice.r`: Preprocesses Mt trajectories.<br> - `lmms_mt_choice.r`: Mixed models for MAD, AUC, AD, RT and Xflips.<br> - `cluster_analysis_mt_choice.r`: Cluster analysis MT and vizualisation.<br> - `trajectories_mt_choice.r`: MT trajectories vizualisation.<br> - `glmm_mt_choice.r`: Statistical analysis and visualization of the response in role choice (Generalized Linear Mixed Models).<br><br>Each script is commented to provide a clear understanding of the steps and methodologies used.</pre>
