CancerSCEM

A public database dedicated to integrating, analyzing, visualizing single-cell RNA-seq data of human pan-cancer. Multidimensional analyses including single-cell metabolic profiling were carried out to deeply explore the complex tumor microenvironment of different types of human cancer.
