Data and source code

This project includes data for two analyses:1) Effect of trade on A. cantonensis introduction. Data include countries classified as rat lungworm present or rat lungworm absent, predictors for analysis of the effect of trade on rat lungworm introduction: trade flows, temperature, precipitation and island classification.2) Effect of deforestation on rat lungworm disease incidence in Hawaii and Thailand. Data contain rat lungworm disease cases, forest cover loss, temperature and precipitation.
