This dataset contains Affymetrix microarray data and processed results from experiments investigating the effects of <i>Augmenter of Liver Regeneration</i> (ALR, encoded by <i>GFER</i>) knockdown on gene expression in human hepatocellular carcinoma (Huh7) cells.Huh7 cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying ALR siRNA or control siRNA. Total RNA was extracted five days post-infection and hybridized to the Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array (GPL570).The dataset includes raw CEL files, normalized matrix data, and metadata describing the experimental design and analysis methods.
