The study first collected and mixed soil from an old orchard with an apple tree planted for 30 years in Baoding City, Hebei Province, and defined it as replanted soil. Meanwhile, the soil samples were collected from the vegetable garden without the history of fruit tree cultivation near the apple orchard at the same deep and defined it as healthy soi.
