Synergistic Effects of Lactic Acid Bacteria and Enzyme Additives on Fermentation Quality, Nutritional Characteristics, Microbial Community Structure, and Metabolites of Siberian Wildrye(Elymus sibiricus L.) Silage

This study investigates the effects of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, cellulase, and their combined addition on the nutritional quality, fermentation quality, microbial community, and metabolites of Siberian Wildrye silage. It aims to clarify the synergistic mechanism between Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and cellulase, providing scientific support for improving Siberian Wildrye silage quality and balancing grass-livestock systems in cool regions.
