Our study revealed the slight but significant shifts in the striatal expression profile related to TAAR5 depletion. We have found, that TAAR5-KO mice are characterised by activation of transcription and post-transcriptional mRNA modification processes in striatum and suppression of the expression of genes involved in cell differentiation, especially in gliogenesis, and Ras signal transduction. We perform RNA sequencing analysis of striatum of TAAR5-KO and WT mice (n = 6 for each group)
