HIST1H1A is a member of the linker histone family that is involved in correct folding and compaction of chromatin. We used lentival transduction to stably express HIST1H1A in human prostate cancer LNCaP cells and examined the changes in gene expression. Overall design: A total of 8 samples were analyzed, in pairwise comparison using Partek. Genes with Benjamini-Hochberg corrected p-value <0.05 were selected.
