Roller expanded cum Friction stir welded Tube to Tubesheet Joints

The chemical composition of AA 6061 T6 based tube and tubesheet and the chemical composition of H13 tool steel based friction stir welding tool measured using an optical emission spectroscope are provided. Also, the calculations for estimating the expansion percentage of roller expanded tube to tubesheet joints are given.
