海上风电场风廓线数据集（2021年3月）

本数据由海上风电场大气边界层野外观测试验获取，主要为三维测风激光雷达观测的三维风廓线。 海上风电场大气边界层观测数据集的观测地点为江苏海安，目录名为ocean_HA_wind_profile，该目录下有2个子目录ws和wd，分别存储风速和风向廓线数据。This dataset is collected from field observation experiments of the atmospheric boundary layer over offshore wind farms, and primarily consists of three-dimensional wind profiles measured by 3D wind-measuring lidars. The observation site of this offshore wind farm atmospheric boundary layer observation dataset is located in Hai'an, Jiangsu Province, and the dataset's directory is named ocean_HA_wind_profile. There are two subdirectories named ws and wd under this directory, which respectively store wind speed and wind direction profile data.
