Dataset: Bailesetal-Measurements-dataset.xlsx contains all datasets associated with Bailesetal_Flower_traits_Rcode_final_models.Rmd (which contains the R code for statistics conducted on the data). The data is of morphological/phenotypic measurements of Vicia faba (field bean) flowers across up to 30 inbred lines. Measurements included in this dataset are: Wing petal length Wing petal Width Wing petal shape (length:width ratio) Corolla tube length Standard Height Wing area Petal spot area Bee experiments datasets: .csv files (listed below) are provided containing the data associated with Bailesetal_BeeStats_R.Rmd (which contains the R code for statistics conducted on the data). The data is of bee flower choices across 6 different experiments that test preferences between different types of bean flowers. There are no statistics (R file) associated with this data. Dataset: Bailesetal_Vfaba_colour_raw data.xlsx. This dataset contains data on the colour (%reflectance at different wavelengths) and associated co-ordinated in bee colour space collected from flowers of 30 lines of V. faba at three different locations – the standard petal, wing petal tip and wing petal spot. There are no statistics (R file) associated with this data.
