Red Sea mid-Holocene highstand database

Elevation of the mid-Holocene highstand in the Red Sea. Reported mid-Holocene elevations and ages compiled from: this study (Al-Mikhlafi et al.,2020); Friedman, 1965, Gvitman, 1992, 1994, Dullo and Montaggioni, 1995, 1998, Moustafa et al., 2000, Shaked et al., 2005, Hein et al., 2011. All radiocarbon ages have been recalibrated using the latest calibration curve (Marine20, Heaton et al. 2020) and a consistent ΔR (Cember, 1989, Felis et al., 2004, Reimer and Reimer, 2020). For comparison, radiocarbon ages are also given using the Marine13 calibration curve (Reimer et al., 2013). 2. Sample locations for the sites investigated in this study. 3.
