收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the manuscript “Impervious Cover Is Associated with Culture-Based Morphotype Diversity in Urban Stormwater Runoff,” submitted to Microbiology Spectrum. Runoff was sampled during 25 storm events at three catchments in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, representing green, residential, and commercial land-cover contexts. The dataset includes 75 site-storm observations. Variables include site information, land-cover percentages, storm/weather measurements, nutrient agar culture-derived morphotype area fractions, and alpha-diversity indices calculated from those morphotype area fractions, including Shannon diversity, Gini-Simpson diversity, and Pielou evenness. The data are intended to support reproducibility of the reported mixed-effects modeling and summary analyses.
