资源简介:

This repository contains the frozen simulation data, analysis-ready tables, source code, periodic controls, figure-support data, and provenance records supporting the manuscript “When Bond-Exchange Count Fails as a Relaxation Coordinate.” The study examines when accepted bond-exchange count is sufficient as a mechanical progress coordinate for stress relaxation in dynamic polymer networks, and when an initial stress-weighted connection-Laplacian spectral scale provides additional predictive information. The open-boundary dataset contains 64,000 trajectories in total, comprising 16,000 trajectories for each of four network families: uniform, random, clustered, and modular. For each trajectory, the archived data include an event-resolved relaxation curve, per-run metadata, summary quantities, and compressed accepted-exchange event records. The repository also contains the periodic-boundary-condition controls used in the manuscript and Supplemental Material, including matched controls at N = 1024, 2304, and 4096, together with native-uniform finite-size controls. The compact core package provides the final analysis code, frozen manifests, processed summary tables, confirmatory reanalysis outputs, periodic-control topology records, figure-source data, and provenance files. For convenience, the release is organized into a compact analysis/reproduction core and separate raw-data archives. Readers interested in reproducing the reported statistical results can begin with `prl_core.tar.gz`, while the event-resolved curves and accepted-event logs provide progressively deeper levels of trajectory- and event-level auditability.
