To explore gene expression profiles in spheroid lung cancer cell line after transfection PNA-A (15) that shown potential reduce cell proliferation and cell growth. Gene expression profiles of spheroid H292 and A549 were explored at 48 hours after transfection 5 μM of PNA-A(15). Two groups of spheroid H292 and A549 transfected PNA-A(15) and scramble consisting of 2 samples in each group were studied.
