Additional file 9: Table S6. Secondary metabolite gene clusters expressed under lignocellulose conditions, as identified by RNA-Seq. Genes encoding backbone enzymes and cluster borders were based on Inglis et al. (69), backbone enzyme type and product were taken from Romsdahl et al. (74). Co-expression of genes belonging to each cluster, including backbone-encoding genes, is indicated in a summary column. Gene expression values are given as mean of FPKM values per condition.
