Microbial Bile Acid Metabolism Shapes Effector T Cell Responses During Inflammation in Mouse and Human

To comprehensively investigate the effects of graft-versus-host disease on host metabolism, we carried out RNA-sequencing analysis of bulk liver and epithelial cell fractions of the small and large intestines of bone marrow of mice who received bone marrow (BM) only grafts and mice co-transferred with donor T cells (BMT). Overall design: We compared the transcriptome of bulk liver and epithelial cell fractions of the small and large intestines between bone marrow only (BM) and bone marrow + T cells (BMT) recipients.
