Genome sequences from the Fusarium staphyleae species complex. Fusarium

The Fusarium staphyleae species complex is a multispecies lineage of the fungal genus Fusarium that has been defined by DNA sequence-based phylogenetic analysis. This complex currently includes at least three formally described species: F. cicatricum, F. staphyleae and F. zealandicum. Most members of the complex have been isolated from woody plants. None of the species is associated with mycotoxin contamination of food and feed crops.
