This upload contains scmarkerverse_db.RDS (the scMarkerVerse marker annotation resource with 890,296 curated cell type–marker annotations) and two Seurat example inputs: example_pbmc_input.rds (Zheng et al., 2017; doi:10.1038/ncomms14049) and example_glioblastoma_input.rds (Ruiz-Moreno et al., 2025; doi:10.1093/neuonc/noaf113) for demonstrating the Cell Annotation and Cell Scoring workflows.
