This dataset contains primary environmental and productive performance data associated with the cultivation of Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas) in a subtropical coastal lagoon located in northwestern Mexico. The database was generated through systematic field monitoring conducted under real aquaculture production conditions using long-line cultivation systems. The information includes environmental variables associated with productive performance, such as water temperature, chlorophyll concentration, and other environmental indicators, together with biological and production-related observations collected during the cultivation period. The dataset was developed as part of an applied research and technological development initiative focused on improving aquaculture management and strengthening productive diversification strategies for local fishing cooperatives.
