To investigate the function of VPS35 in the regulation of gastric cancer cell proliferation, we established MKN28 cell lines in which VPS35 has been knocked down by shRNA. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for MKN28 cells and its KD derivatives (shVPS35), three biological replicates for each group.
