Main goods purchased for stockpiling due to COVID-19 in Vietnam 2020, by age

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on panic buying after the coronavirus outbreak, 96.15 percent of Vietnamese respondents aged between 45 to 55 years stated that they stocked up on dry food items such as rice, noodles, pasta and flour. In the same survey, 61.57 percent of respondents indicated that they had not engaged in panic buying because of the coronavirus pandemic, while 38.43 percent of respondents did.

根据日本乐天洞察公司对新冠病毒疫情爆发后恐慌性购物的调查，在45至55岁年龄段的越南受访者中，有96.15%的人表示他们囤积了如大米、面条、意面和面粉等干货。在同一项调查中，61.57%的受访者表示他们没有因为新冠病毒疫情而参与恐慌性购物，而38.43%的受访者则表示有参与。
