Characterization of the bacterial community inhabiting the roots and the shoots of two distinct plant host species, Arabidopsis thaliana and Brachypodium distachyon using 16s sequencing. The plant were growing in greenhouse in soil collected from Mason Farm at Chapel Hill, NC, US.
