中医临床诊疗方案模型（传染病科）数据集

本数据集包括中医传染病科若干种常见病的病种临床表现辨别依据、中医分型临床表现辨别依据、中医治则治法、中医处方、医嘱等数据组成，数据主要以“病种”为归纳对象，通过参考国家颁布的临床诊疗指南、国家中医学相关教科书，以及从若干份真实临床病例数据中提取共性临床表现，按数理统计规则进行处理，形成本数据集，可用于中医传染病科临床过程中帮助医生提取对应的一般性诊疗预案，加快医生效率，降低误诊率。

This dataset comprises the basis for distinguishing clinical manifestations of multiple common diseases in the Department of Infectious Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the basis for differentiating clinical manifestations of TCM syndrome differentiation typing, TCM therapeutic principles and methods, TCM prescriptions, medical orders, and other relevant data. Taking disease types as the core induction object, this dataset is developed by referencing national clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines, national TCM-related textbooks, extracting common clinical manifestations from a number of real clinical case datasets, and processing the data in accordance with mathematical and statistical rules. It can be applied in the clinical practice of the TCM infectious diseases department to assist clinicians in extracting corresponding general diagnosis and treatment plans, improve their work efficiency, and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
