CoBATCH-supported single cell protein-bound elements profiling five tissues from Cdh5+ lineage endothelial cells (EC) collected from four stages of the mouse lifespan, discovering that intrinsic epigenetic plasticity grammarred by the TF regulome which educated by tissue microenvironment. We applied CoBTACH to comprehensively trace Cdh5+ cells lineage for various histone modifications and TFs, obtaining total ~20,000 cells derived from 5 organs (heart, liver, lung, brain, kidney) across the lifespan of mouse. Each sample represents a single cell.
