资源简介:
The regional geological survey for the 1: 50 000 Lingshan map-sheet in Shandong Province (J51E021002) was conducted in the central part of the Jiaolai Basin, an ideal location for studying the basin. The survey followed the Guidelines on Regional Geological Surveys at a Scale of 1: 50 000 (Provisional) (2015) and the Guidelines on Regional Geological Surveys in Covered Areas at a Scale of 1: 50 000 (Provisional) (2015), issued by the China Geological Survey. It was carried out with a focus on different landforms and bedrock outcrops, integrating prior geophysical, geochemical, and remote sensing data. Utilizing a Digital Geological Survey System (DGSS), the survey employed methods such as remote sensing interpretation, geological traverses, geological profile surveys, geophysical prospecting, and drilling to collect data for the compilation of the geological map and the construction of the spatial geological database. As part of the survey, 19 stratigraphic mapping units were identified, and based on multiple stratigraphic divisions, a Mesozoic continental volcanic-sedimentary framework and a Quaternary sedimentary framework were established. Within the Mesozoic volcanic-sedimentary strata, six new paleontological fossil sites were discovered, with three types of dinosaur fossils and nine species of dinosaur egg fossils identified. A biostratigraphic framework was reconstructed, and paleo-climatic conditions were inferred. The lithology, lithofacies, ancient volcanic mechanism, and eruption timelines of Mesozoic Cretaceous volcanic rocks were analyzed, and the origin of these volcanic rocks was discussed. The 1: 50 000 Geological Map of the Lingshan map-sheet (J51E021002) provides detailed depictions of the geological characteristics of the strata, paleontology, structure, and magmatic rocks. The geological map and spatial database comprehensively document the attribute information of geological features, serving as a valuable resource for geological information sharing and public services.
