As a versatile regulator, CsrA has been studied extensively in a wide range of pathogens. However, the full regulatory impact of CsrA on cellular activities in E.coli O157:H7 is still not full understood by now. Therefore, comparative transcriptome analysis was performed to compare gene expression differences between E. coli O157:H7 wild-type strain and its ΔcsrA mutant using RNA-seq technology.
