To determine whether the inoculation of Brassica napus seeds with phytobeneficial bacteria, Pseudomonas brassicacearum, Rhizobium almii and Kosakonia sacchari , had an impact on the bacterial community assembly and microbial interaction in the plant rhizosphere, we carried out a 16S rRNA gene metabarcoding analysis in the bulk soil, the root-adhering soil, and the root compartment of inoculated and uninoculated seedlings.
