trancriptome associated with emamectin resistance in Spodoptera litura

Spodoptera litura is one of the most important agricultural pests whose resistance levels in the field are increasingly becoming a concern. Through transcriptome sequencing, this study aims to identify key regulatory factors associated with the development of resistance to emamectin benzoate in Spodoptera litura. The findings from this research provide a foundation for the functional study of critical resistance genes.
