McDannell; Charles Mieyr; California High Patrol officer Tom Snyder.; Supplementary material reads: "William D. McDannell, Glendale, was following Charles Mieyr, Phoenix, Ariz., along Highway 101. A truck driven by Richard Fuller, King City, was behind McDannell. On the Montalux [sic] bridge Mieyr stopped for a stalled truck, McDannell stopped, but Fuller didn't. His truck rammed McDannell's car into Mieyr's car then climbed up the back of McDannell's car. CHP said there were no injuries. Traffic was delayed for an hour."
