资源简介:
A system of 180 monocrystalline aluminum back-surface field modules were installed in Cocoa, Florida, for 10 years. In total, 156 modules are characterized and compared to 3 controls. A study using this data is published here: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/10035998.
The data included here are: illuminated current-voltage (I-V); dark I-V; carrier lifetime versus excess carrier density; pseudo-I-V taken from I-V and suns-Voc; visual images of defects; indoor UV fluorescence and infrared images; electroluminescence (EL) ‘sweeps’ on the full modules using bias levels of the following fractions of nameplate short-circuit current: 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.4, 0.7, 1; EL-derived cell dark I-V curves; close-up EL and photoluminescence images on a small sample of modules. Most EL images were obtained at settings which optimized throughput without compromising quantitative analysis quality.
The EL-derived cell dark I-V curves were analyzed using an open source two-diode curve fitting model found here: https://nanohub.org/resources/14300/about. For this analysis, n1=1 and n2=2 with the remaining fit parameters unfixed. The analysis outputs are found in the EL-Derived_Cell_Dark_I-V/diode_fit_outputs.xls.
A summary of the I-V performance is in I-V/iv_summary.txt.
Outdoor UVF images of these modules are in the following dataset under FSEC/SHELL: https://osf.io/t8x9k/
