Data for the article entitled "Convergent digestive adaptation to resource limitation in an insular lizard across a microgeographic archipelago"

This dataset contains the raw data used to investigate digestive physiology in the Skyros wall lizard (Podarcis gaigeae) across mainland and islet populations of the Skyros Archipelago. Lizards were sampled in May 2022. The dataset consists of a single Excel file in which each row corresponds to an individual lizard and columns represent individual traits, physiological measurements, population identity, and environmental variables used in the analyses.
