CETΩ–MHE: A General-Purpose Modular Hamiltonian Extraction Engine for Informational Quantum Systems

CETΩ–MHE is a general-purpose algorithm for extracting effective Modular Hamiltonians K_\Omega from complex quantum–informational systems governed by completely positive modular flows. The engine reconstructs state-dependent generators from coarse–grained spectral data, operational algebras, or time-series correlators, enabling explicit evaluation of modular energy, irreversible dynamics, and informational curvature in arbitrary quantum states. CETΩ–MHE provides a model-independent computational framework applicable to quantum simulation, nonequilibrium dynamics, modular tomography, and informational geometry. The algorithm defines a reproducible and falsifiable extraction pipeline that serves as a foundational component for CETΩ-based modelling, quantum diagnostics, and large-scale computational implementations.
