VPRS 19522 Committee Minutes

This series comprises volumes and files recording meeting minutes of the McCulloch House (VA 5292) Committee. The Committee’s purpose was to conduct the general business of the Home and to appoint the Home’s Matron. The by-laws of the Home stated that the Committee was to consist of 14 members, with five members to form a quorum. The Committee met monthly and at different times was referred to as the General Committee, Committee of Management and the Board of Management. The minutes also include reports from the Home’s Finance Committee, House Committee, Planning Committee, and other groups. The whereabouts of the minutes and papers from meetings dated 1886 to 1888 are currently unknown.
