Shared leadership in healthcare emergency teams.

Does sharing mean better caring? This body of work explores how the sharing of leadership duties occurs in healthcare emergency response teams. In particular, how the leadership is shared and why it is shared. The research examines two forms of shared leadership, planned and spontaneous, to determine the effect of these types of sharing on team performance and clinical care.
