Fluvial biofilm phosphorus entrapment shifts from intracellular to extracellular dominance along a multifactorial longitudinal river gradient
收藏资源简介:
Data files The data files for the publication "Fluvial biofilm phosphorus entrapment shifts from intracellular to extracellular dominance along a mulltifactorial longitudinal river gradient". We split the data into four files according to the data structure: Biofilm_Data_FLUHPOS_Sampling_Campaign_10_2023.xlsx Waterchemistry_Data_FLUPHOS_Sampling_Campaign_10_2023.xlsx BIOLOG_EcoPlates_Data_FLUPHOS_Sampling_Campaign_10_2023.xlsx BIOLOG_EcoPlates_Substrate_Guilds_Data_FLUPHOS_Sampling_Campaign_10_2023.xlsx Metadata The metadata file contains additional information such as short descriptions of the different variables of the data files, the unit of each variable (if applicable), a list of the different BIOLOG EcoPlate substrates and a table of the sampling sites with the coordinates. Metadata_FLUPHOS_Sampling_Campaign_10_2023.xlsx R script Full_Script_Data_Analysis.Rmd contains the full script in R to perform the whole statistical analysis and the generation of the corresponding figures. You will also get the detailed model summaries and the related residual analysis for each model (if applicable). The only exception are the community level physiological profiles (CLPPs) and the corresponding Canonical Variates plots derived from the BIOLOG EcoPlates data for which we want to refer to Perujo et al. 2020.
