MEV treatment on Shine Muscat

3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl CoA reductase (HMGR) is a crucial enzyme in the biosynthesis of terpenoids. In this study, we treated sunrose grapes in the middle stage of fruit development with HMGR enzyme inhibitor lovastatin MEV. Samples were taken at 3 and 7 days after treatment for transcriptome sequencing to analyze the effect of MEV treatment on the transcriptional levels of sunrose fruits at different developmental stages.
