Investigating ovarian disrupting effects of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances

To investigate the effects of Perfluorononanoic Acid (PFNA) exposure to 3D cultured ovarian follicles during gonadotrophin-dependent maturation and ovulation We performed gene expression analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of ovarian follicles exposed to PFNA during the gonadotropin-dependent follicle maturation and during hCG induced ovulation
