Defines Wind Zone locations to meet Hutt City Council - Environmental Consent Requirements. Defined by Harry Adam (Structural Engineer - Lower Hutt ) in 2005 Mr Colin Clench (HCC Environmental Consents) passed to LIS, an updated hardcopy map of the NZS3604 standards definition (March 2011?) as interpolated by Harry Adam, that was then created into a spatial layer and imported to the HCC database. It is a Static layer and will morph into a new layer as and when the current NZS3604 standards change.
