Contaminated Site

A point feature class of open DERM Contaminated sites within Miami-Dade County. See phase code for the status of the site. Contaminated Sites, identifies properties where environmental contamination has been documented in the soil or groundwater. Facilities get listed as a contaminated site by a DERM inspector who finds a violation on the property. Facilities that store potentially contaminated materials are permitted and/or tracked by DERM. A site is removed from the active contaminated sites layer/list when the site is found by DERM to be cleaned up. 本数据集为迈阿密-戴德县境内开放的DERM污染场地点要素类（point feature class）。
可通过阶段代码（phase code）查询各场地的当前状态。
本污染场地类用于标识土壤或地下水中存在已记录环境污染情况的地块。
当DERM督察员在场地内发现违规行为时，对应设施将被纳入污染场地名录。
储存潜在污染物料的设施需经DERM许可，并/或由其进行跟踪管理。
当DERM确认场地已完成修复后，该场地将从活跃污染场地图层/名录中移除。
