The mouse hypothalamus MERFISH dataset can be obtained from DRYAD at https://datadryad.org/stash/dataset/doi:10.5061/dryad.8t8s248. This dataset includes five annotated sections as detailed in the publication available at https://doi.org/10.1186/s13059-022-02734-7. We also performed spatial alignment of the sections using PASTE.
